Inhale to the Exhale

"Asana is the movement of the inhale to the exhale.

One half of it is the receptivity served by the inhalation.

In the way that yoga is popularized, it's very much about a strength activity, a male attempt to get somewhere, put your body in some situation, including putting your mind in some situation.

Trying to get somewhere as if you are not somewhere.

You deserve to have this technology of strength that is utterly receptive. That is your direct intimacy with reality itself. This reality that is hugging you, that is is loving you, that has brought you into existence in the first place, and that is presently looking after you."
