The tool kit associated with the peasant movement was an attempt to

Experts in this case say that if these claims of Delhi Police are to be

after the 2008 Mumbai attack. Talking to NDTV, cyber law and security
expert and Supreme Court lawyer Pawan Duggal said that India's record in
conviction of convicts based on digital evidence has been very poor.
Even in one percent of cases, the punishment rate is not even one percent.

से बातचीत में कहा कि डिजिटल साक्ष्यों के आधार पर दोषियों को सजा दिलाने
के मामले में भारत का रिकॉर्ड बेहद खराब रहा है. एक फीसदी मामलों में भी हम
सजा दिलाने की दर एक फीसदी भी नहीं है.
