Victorian authorities confident they're bringing Melbourne's COVID-19 outbreak under control

Victoria's Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton says current restrictions will be reviewed at the end of the week. It comes as the state records no new COVID-19 cases in the community or hotel quarantine.
