Health authorities deciding whether Victoria can be released from lockdown

Victoria recorded three new coronavirus cases yesterday. Two of them were local transmissions - a woman and a 3-year-old from separate households, who'd attended a private function in Melbourne's north with an infected Holiday Inn worker.
