As the Year of the Ox approaches, we invited some cast members of The Diam Diam Era Two to share how Chinese New Year celebrations have changed since the ’80s.
The movie continues with Ah Kun, Osman and Shamugam forming a political party C.M.I to contest in the 1988 General Election. The fervent campaigning sweeps up both Ah Kun and Zhao Di’s families. As Ah Kun thinks of many ways to garner support, will both families be dragged in as well? Will he really win the election?
