उत्तराखंड में आई तबाही का आज चौथा दिन है. राहत बचाव कार्य युद्ध स्तर पर जारी है. एनटीपीसी की क्षतिग्रस्त तपोवन प्रोजेक्ट की टनल में फंसे लोगों को बचाने के लिए आईटीबीपी, सेना, एनडीआरएफ, एसडीआरएफ और अब ड्रोन औऱ सर्विस कंपनी गरुड़ एयरोस्पेस भी जुट गई है.
