Delhi’s air quality falls in ‘very poor’ category

Delhi’s air quality turns ‘very poor’ as a thick blanket of fog continued to engulf parts of the national capital. This led to minimalistic visibility in the region on the morning of February 09. Parts of northern India are reeling under severe cold, making daily lives difficult for citizens. According to System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting and Research (SAFAR), the overall air quality index stands at 325.
