CHARLOTTE, NC — Slow Prius Cuts off Volvo XC90
Was doing the speed limit when a Prius in a slower lane of traffic decides to pull out into the middle lane—my lane of travel—without any indication and at a much lower rate of speed. I had to brake pretty hard. I could have been going slower given the conditions and the slower traffic in the right lane but I was not expecting an oblivious driver to switch lanes in front of me.
