Citizens should know what is being changed & for whose benefit if referendum held - Duale

Garissa Township MP Aden Duale on Monday said that if the country holds a referendum, Kenyans should be provided with information on what is being changed, for what purpose and in accordance of the bill of rights and the constitutional provisions.
