The sudden burst of glacier and flood on Sunday afternoon in Uttarakhand's Chamoli district triggered widespread panic and devastation in the areas. At least 15 persons have been killed. 12 people were rescued from the first tunnel and the rescue operation is going on in the second tunnel.
