River Ribble Rescue

Dean Lowe feels lucky to be alive after he jumped into the fast flowing River Ribble to try and save his pet puppy who fell in on a walk through Avenham Park, Preston, Turki Al-Shammari, a Saudi student helped rescue Dean and pulled him to safety.
