The 'Agri Infra Cess' of Rs 2.5 per liter on petrol and Rs 4 per liter on diesel has been proposed in the budget of 2021-22. एक तरफ जहां पेट्रोल डीजल की कीमतों नए नए रिकॉर्ड बना रही हैं. तो दूसरी, केंद्र सरकार ने इस साल के बजट में पेट्रोल डीजल पर पर एग्री इंफ्रा सेस लगाने का ऐलान किया है. वित्त वर्ष 2021-22 के बजट में पेट्रोल पर प्रति लीटर 2.5 रुपये और डीजल पर प्रति लीटर 4 रुपये का 'एग्री इन्फ्रा सेस' का प्रस्ताव रखा गया है. हालांकि सरकार की तरफ से कहा गया है कि इस सेस का भार उपभोक्ताओं पर नहीं पड़ेगा. इसे कंपनी से वसूला जाएगा.
