Black History Parade to be virtual this year

As you know it's black history month and even though the pandemic keeps us from celebrating like in years past that's not keeping Kern County down. Kern County Black Chamber of Commerce President Nick Hill III joined 23ABC Morning News to talk about the upcoming virtual Black History Parade.
