The Delhi Police has identified 12 people involved in the violence in Delhi on Republic Day (January 26). Meanwhile, the West Bengal government has asked the BJP to approach local authorities in the districts concerned for getting permission for five state-wide Rath Yatra that the saffron party has planned to take out during February and March, covering all of the state's 294 Assembly constituencies.
