'Parliament failed to conduct proper oversight on SOEs'

Parliament failed to conduct proper oversight over State-Owned Enterprises. Former Public Enterprises Portfolio Committee Chairperson, Zukiswa Rantho made that admission at the State Capture Inquiry.
