US Marine - Landing Craft, Air Cushions (LCACs) • Beach Landing

Landing Craft, Air Cushions (LCACs) assigned to Assault Craft Unit (ACU) 4 conduct landing operations on Onslow Beach. ACU4 is part of Battalion Landing Team 2nd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment (BLT 2/8) and currently underway with amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5). Bataan is underway conducting a composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX) with the Bataan Amphibious Ready Group and 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit.
