Union home minister Amit Shah has cancelled his two-day Bengal trip and is monitoring the situation in Delhi. Home ministry sources say Amit Shah has spoken to the Delhi Police Commissioner and Intelligence Bureau officials about the matter. The home minister also chaired a high-level meeting and reportedly asked the Delhi Police to complete their investigation in a time-bound manner.
