Amid the peasant movement, social activist Anna Hazare has announced to start a fast unto death against the central government from 30 January. Anna Hazare says that since the year 2018, he has been pleading with the central government to implement the recommendations of the Swaminathan Commission, but none of his things are being ignored.

किसान आंदोलन के बीच समाजसेवी अन्ना हजारे ने केंद्र सरकार के खिलाफ 30 जनवरी से आमरण अनशन शुरू करने का ऐलान किया है. अन्‍ना हजारे का कहना है कि वो साल 2018 से स्वामीनाथन आयोग की सिफारिशें लागू के लिए केंद्र सरकार से विनती कर रहे हैं लेकिन उनकी किसी भी बात को तवज्‍जो नहीं दी जा रही है.
