Police Commissioner SN Srivastava told the whole story on the violence in Delhi. He said that on January 25, we realized that the farmers are pushing the unruly elements. Farmer leader Satnam Singh Pannu gave a provocative speech, while Darshan Pal Singh did not follow the route. They provoked the farmers.
