US President Joe Biden says mass vaccinations should become available in the spring and that he's confident that they will be vaccinating at least a million people a day in the next few weeks, during a press conference at the White House. The president also announces the creation of a director of "Made In America" role at the White House before signing an executive order giving American companies and products priority in contracting with the federal government, as the new administration attempts to spur domestic manufacturing.
