Italy accuses vaccine manufacturers of serious contract violations

Italy has accused Pfizer and AstraZeneca of serious contract violations - after the companies announced they would not be able to deliver their coronavirus vaccines as agreed. Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte said the delays were unacceptable. The two companies have said production problems have forced them to cut the amount of vaccine doses they can deliver. The BBC's Tim Allman reports.
