AIIMS सुरक्षाकर्मी से मारपीट केस,Somnath Bharti को 2 साल की सजा,बाद में मिली जमानत | वनइंडिया हिंदी

Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court has convicted Aam Aadmi Party MLA Somnath Bharti in the case of assaulting All India Institute of Medical Sciences, ie AIIMS security personnel, and sentenced him to 2 years and a fine of Rs 1 lakh. The court said in its order that non-payment of penalty will result in additional punishment of one month. A Delhi court gave the verdict on Bharti for assaulting an AIIMS employee and damaging government property. Somnath Bharti was later granted bail by the court.

दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान यानि कि एम्स के सुरक्षाकर्मी से मारपीट मामले में आम आदमी पार्टी के विधायक सोमनाथ भारती को दोषी ठहराते हुए 2 साल की सजा और एक लाख रुपए जुर्माने की सजा सुनाई है. अदालत ने अपने आदेश में कहा कि जुर्माना न भरने पर एक महीने की अतिरिक्त सजा भुगतनी होगी. भारती पर एम्स कर्मचारी से मारपीट और सरकारी संपत्ति को नुकसान पहुंचाने के मामले पर दिल्ली की अदालत ने यह फैसला दिया.हालांकि बाद में सोमनाथ भारती को अदालत ने जमानत दे दी
