Protesting farmers have rejected the government proposal to suspend the laws for 18 months. Now, farmers are adamant about carrying out a tractor parade. Though, the Delhi police haven't permitted farmers to carry out the rally from the outer ring road. Instead of a tractor parade, Delhi police have suggested three things to farmers to do on Republic day.
