Bollywood actor Sonu Sood has received a setback from the Bombay High Court over the alleged illegal construction case in Mumbai. The Bombay High Court dismissed the petition of actor Sonu Sood challenging BMC's notice on illegal construction at his residence. The High Court has left the decision of action on illegal construction completely on BMC. The BMC had issued a notice to Sonu Sood regarding illegal construction. Sonu Sood filed a petition in the High Court against this.

बॉलीवुड एक्टर सोनू सूद को मुंबई में कथित अवैध निर्माण मामले पर बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट से झटका लगा है. बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने अभिनेता सोनू सूद की याचिका को खारिज कर दिया जिसमें उनके आवास पर अवैध निर्माण पर बीएमसी के नोटिस को चुनौती दी गई थी. हाईकोर्ट ने अवैध निर्माण पर एक्शन का फैसला पूरी तरह से BMC के ऊपर छोड़ दिया है. BMC ने अवैध निर्माण को लेकर सोनू सूद को नोटिस जारी किया था. इसके खिलाफ सोनू सूद ने उच्च न्यायालय में याचिका दाखिल की थी.
