A report on Racial discrimination against doctors has founds that Medical Practitioners have no ways of defending themselves, when they are accused of committing fraud. The report says there are no hearing and doctors can not dispute the amount they are charged . This morning the Pretoria high court dismissed the urgent application by GEMS and the Board of Healthcare Funders to block a report . The court ruled the application lacked urgency. Courtesy #DStv403
