There was no modern approach, no metro policy: PM Modi’s jibe at Congress over metro projects

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday performed the bhoomi poojan of Ahmedabad Metro rail project phase-II and Surat Metro rail project via video conferencing. PM Modi lashed out at the Congress and said that the previous government did not have a modern approach towards expanding metro networks.
