Complaints of complaints on North Western Railway will now be given to passengers in less than an hour. For this, the Railway Administration has released the Rail Madad app for railway passengers. Along with comfortable and safe travel to the same railway passengers, the railway is ready to diagnose every difficult complaint during the journey. Railway passengers and customers can avail their complaints inquiries and assistance with this app.


उत्तर पश्चिम रेलवे पर शिकायतों का समाधान अब एक घंटे से कम समय पर यात्रियों को मिलेगा. इसके लिए रेलवे प्रशासन ने रेल यात्रियों के लिए रेल मदद एप्प जारी किया है. वंही रेल यात्रियों को आरामदायक और सुरक्षित यात्रा के साथ ही सफर के दौरान हर मुश्किल शिकायत का निदान करने के लिए रेलवे तत्पर है. रेल यात्री और ग्राहक इस एप्प से अपनी शिकायतें पूछताछ और सहायता का लाभ उठा सकते हैं.
