The Competition Commission is warning stationery and uniform suppliers against inflating prices, as a new school year dawns. The commission and the Basic Education Department have published a circular to protect the consumer from daylight robbery. Commissioner, Tembinkosi Bonakele says they will not hesitate to prosecute.
