Bob McAdoo joins Lakers legend Michael Cooper and Ari Temkin to discuss the late great John Thompson who passed away August 30, 2020. John Thompson played in the NBA for two years, and went on to coach the Georgetown Hoyas. John Thompson ended up being the first African American head coach to win a major collegiate championship in basketball when he lead the Hoyas to win the NCAA D1 championship in 1984.
