David Warner says sorry to Mohammed Siraj over Racism incident in Sydney| Oneindia Sports

Australia batsman David Warner on Tuesday condemned the racist slurs hurled at Indian players, particularly pacer Mohammed Siraj, during the third Test here and said such behaviour by the spectators was not acceptable. Siraj, on his maiden tour of Australia, and senior pacer Jasprit Bumrah were abused for two consecutive days by the crowd. Play was, in fact, halted on the fourth day for a few minutes after the Indian team complained to the umpires, which led to the expulsion of six spectators from the stands and an unreserved apology from Cricket Australia.

सिडनी टेस्ट मैच भारत के लिए शानदार रहा. हालाँकि, चार दिन तक तो सिर्फ ऑस्ट्रेलिया ने ही बाजी मारी. भारत के लिए कुछ रहा नहीं था. न बल्लेबाजी ठीक से हुई और न गेंदबाजी. कैच तो खूब छोड़े भी. ऊपर से स्टीव स्मिथ का शतक भी देखना पड़ा. पर पांचवें दिन जिस तरह से हनुमा विहारी और आर आश्विन ने क्रीज पर टिककर मैच को ड्रा करवाया और रिषभ पन्त ने 97 रनों की पारी खेली. कतई लाजवाब था. लेकिन, इस टेस्ट मैच के दौरान एक ऐसी घटना भी घटी, जिसको देख क्रिकेट शर्मसार हो गया. मोहम्मद सिराज को ऑस्ट्रेलियाई फैंस ने गालियाँ दी. जसप्रीत बुमराह को भी ऑस्ट्रेलियाई फैंस ने गालिया दी. नस्लभेद टिप्णनि की. इसके बाद क्रिकेट ऑस्ट्रेलिया सक्रिय हुआ.
