Chocolate ganache and white chocolate coloured ganache

Ganache is a glaze, icing, sauce, or filling for pastries, cakes made from chocolate and cream
In this video I am making 2 ways easy Chocolate ganache .
Chocolate ganache recipe
Recipe in English
Thickened cream (heavy cream) 150 ml
Dark Chocolate : 300 g
Butter : 1 tbs
Venilla essence : 2 tsp
Icing sugar : 1/2 cup or as to taste
Directions ;
On double boiler,simmer on low flame,place bowl,add thickened cream let it warm then add dark chocolate mix well until chocolate melt turn off flam add venilla essence and butter mix and remove from hot water pot and let it cool on room temperature then add icing sugar mix well until icing sugar is dissolved make sure there should be no lumps,Cover and refrigerate for few hours or overnight ,after chilling completely beat well until get desired consistency ganache is ready for frosting.

Cream :150 gram
Dark chocolate : 300 gram
Makhan : 1 khany ka chamach
Vanilla extract :2 chai k chamach
Icing sugar : aadha cup ya hasb-e-zaiqa

White chocolate coloured ganache recipe

Ingredients;
Thickened cream (heavy cream) 100 ml
White Chocolate : 300 g
Gel colour: few drops
Directions;
On double boiler,simmer on low flame,place bowl,add thickened cream let it warm then add white chocolate mix well until chocolate melt mix well turn off flam remove from hot water pot and let it cool on room temperature then add gel colour (don’t use water or powder colours ) mix well until colour is mixed Cover and refrigerate for few hours or overnight ,after chilling completely beat well until get desired consistency ganache is ready for frosting.
