BCCI president Sourav Ganguly is recovering well and likely to be discharged from the Woodlands Hospital in Kolkata on Wednesday after the former India captain complained of chest pain on Saturday.Dr. Devi Shetty is likely to visit Ganguly on Tuesday and sit for another meeting for the next course of treatment before the final call on discharging him will be taken. The medical board of 9 members met and discussed the further treatment plan with family members.

पूर्व भारतीय कप्तान और बीसीसीआइ के अध्यक्ष सौरव गांगुली को नए साल पर सीने में दर्द की शिकायत पर अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया था। इसके बाद उनको एंजियेप्लास्टी से गुजरना पड़ा, अब उनका स्थिति में सुधार है और डॉक्टरों की टीम इस पर लगातार नजर बनाए हुए हैं। जानकारी के मुताबिक पूर्व कप्तान को कल यानी मंगलवार को अस्पताल से छुट्टी दी जा सकती है।सोमवार की दोपहर वुडलैंड हॉस्पिटल के सीईओ रुपाली बासु ने सौरव के स्वास्थ को लेकर रिपोटरों से बात की। उन्होंने बताया कि एंजियोप्लास्टी अब सबसे सुरक्षित विकल्प बन चुका है।
