Govt outline COVID-19 vaccine rollout plan

Some experts have been scathing of government's COVID-19 vaccine plans. They accuse it of acting too slowly and beginning negotiations with manufacturers. They say it will be near impossible to achieve delivery by February, or innoculate the targetted two-thirds of the population by the end of the year.
