Colombian government says it has broken coca crop eradication record

"In 2020, we have achieved the highest figure of manual coca eradication ever recorded by Colombia: 130,000 hectares," assures Colombia's President Ivan Duque, an area about the size of Los Angeles, topping the 94,000 hectares the government claimed to have cleared last year.
