In a major relief to the buyers and seller of non-agricultural properties, the Telangana government on Tuesday tweaked the Land Regularization Scheme (LRS) to take up registrations in respect of open plots/structures if the property is acquired by the present owner through a valid registered document earlier.

ఎల్ఆర్ఎస్ లేకుండానే వ్య‌వ‌సాయేత‌ర భూముల‌ రిజిస్ట్రేష‌న్ల‌కు ప్ర‌భుత్వం అనుమ‌తి తెలిపింది. కాగా కొత్త‌గా వేసిన లే అవుట్‌ల‌కు మాత్రం ఎల్ఆర్ఎస్ త‌ప్ప‌నిసరి అని పేర్కొంది. కొత్త ప్లాట్ల‌కు మాత్రం సంబంధిత సంస్థ‌ల అప్రూవ‌ల్ పొందిన త‌ర్వాతే రిజిస్ట్రేష‌న్ జ‌ర‌గ‌నుంది. ప్ర‌భుత్వ తాజా నిర్ణ‌యంతో ఇప్ప‌టికే రిజిస్ట్రేష‌న్ అయిన ప్లాట్లు, నిర్మాణాల‌కు అడ్డంకులు తొలిగాయి. రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ అయిన వాటికి తదుపరి రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ కొనసాగించవచ్చని ప్రభుత్వం స్పష్టం చేసింది.
