GARDEN RHAPSODY - GARDENS BY THE BAY LIGHT SHOW || How good is SINGAPORE for SENIOR CITIZENS?

Based on my experience i am going to share some useful information which will be very helpful for everyone especially for the FIRST TIMERS who are planning to travel to Singapore.
In this video you'll see me going to the "Gardens by the Bay" especially to watch the light and music show "Garden Rhapsody".
And then later i will also be explaining that whether Singapore is a better place for Senior citizens or not?
To be frank....Senior citizens are living a healthy life in Singapore and also the government has been encouraging senior citizens to lead healthy lifestyles, and elderly Singaporeans are taking it upon themselves to explore various forms of exercise including dance.
A physical exercise programme which has helped frail senior citizens improve their mental well-being, memory, functional ability and strength is to be expanded across Singapore.
Researchers studied 115 people aged 60 and over who were frail or had underlying memory issues and found that after taking part in the programme, more than half had become less frail while 70 per cent had improved walking speed, balance and standing up from a chair.
As far as i know and what i have experienced that "Life of Senior Citizens are healthy and good in Singapore"
"Singapore is one of the most senior citizen friendly country in the world".
