The higher reaches of Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Jammu and Kashmir are witnessing heavy snowfall. Fresh snowfall in the hill states of Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir brought cheer to the tourists but also blocked roads.
