Parents have been asked to buy masks for their children who will be returning to school next week. Education cabinet secretary, Prof George Magoha during his tour of schools in Lakeside County of Kisumu. Pleaded with parents to buy the masks to help mitigate the deficit of 1 million masks that the ministry faces ahead of the January 4th resumption of physical learning.
