The Celtics overcame a dreadful first three quarters of defensive effort where the Pacers went on a run of 19-for-23 shooting and built a 17 point lead on Boston late in the third. Jayson Tatum then joined Payton Pritchard, Jeff Teague, Javonte Green and Robert Williams at the start of the fourth trailing by 11 and shot to an 8-0 run instantly. Tatum finished the comeback with a 13 point fourth quarter to finish with 27 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists.
