People who arrived from the United Kingdom (UK) in Mumbai on December 22 morning were sent for sent to institutional quarantine in the wake of the new coronavirus strain. Flight services from the UK to India have been suspended from 11:59 pm on December 22 till December 31 over the spread of a new strain of coronavirus in London & England. Maharashtra imposed an 11 pm to 6 am night curfew from December 22 till January 5 in Mumbai & other cities.
