HR Ministry releases video as proof that glovemaker workers live in squalid conditions

The Human Resources Ministry on Tuesday night released to the press video as proof that workers of a glove manufacturer were living under unsatisfactory conditions in Kajang, Selangor.
Brightway Holdings Sdn Bhd confirmed a raid by the ministry took place on Monday at its subsidiary LA Glove, but had denied its workers were living in containers.
The company said it had fewer workers than the number given by a spokesman from the ministry.
