केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने अपने बंगाल दौरे के दूसरे दिन की शुरुआत बीरभूम जिले के शांतिनिकेतन स्थित कवि गुरु रवींद्रनाथ टैगोर की कर्मस्थली विश्वभारती विश्वविद्यालय से की. बीरभूम के शांति निकेतन में गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने गुरुदेव रवींद्रनाथ टैगोर को पुष्पांजलि अर्पित की. इस मौके पर छात्रों ने उनका स्वागत किया. बता दें कि बीरभूम गुरुदेव रवींद्रनाथ टैगोर की जन्मस्थली है. यहां पर उनके व्यक्तित्व का काफी असर देखने को मिलता है. वहां वो रवींद्रनाथ ठाकुर के उपासना गृह पहुंचें. और कुछ समय रुके।
