Spiced beef sauce, made with wild mushrooms and free ranged chicken oil

It is getting cold after entering winter season makes me crave for the spicy meat sauce. This spiced beef sauce is based on a recipe created by a master who has been making sauces for 20 years. Savory, spicy and aromatic, the taste of the mountains has been sealed in here. A bowl of clear noodle soup topped with spiced sauce containing giant cuts of beef, just warms my whole body in this winter.
