Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) filed a charge sheet against the four accused in Hathras gangrape and murder case on Friday. In chargesheet, CBI charged under the sections 325, SC-ST Act, 376A and 376D (gang rape) and 302 against all four. The CBI charge sheet was filed at local court in Hathras in presence of IO Seema Pahuja and CBI officials. Watch report.
