Supreme Court, on Wednesday, postponed the ruling on the continuation of BCCI president Sourav Ganguly, secretary Jay Shah, and joint secretary Jayesh George, whose terms have got over, to the third week of January.BCCI will be having its Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) on December 24, and Ganguly would chair that meeting, with Shah and George in attend.

बीसीसीआई के संविधान संशोधन की याचिका पर बुधवार को सुनवाई टल गई, सुप्रीम कोर्ट अब जनवरी के तीसरे हफ्ते में सुनवाई करेगा। तब तक बोर्ड प्रेसिडेंट सौरव गांगुली और सचिव जय शाह अपने पद पर बने रहेंगे। कोर्ट में बीसीसीआई के कोषाध्यक्ष अरुण धूमल ने याचिका दायर की थी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बीसीसीआइ के अध्यक्ष सौरव गांगुली, सचिव जय शाह और सह सचिव जयेश जॉर्ज के पद पर बने रहने से संबंधित याचिका पर सुनवाई अगले साल जनवरी तक के लिए टाल दी ।
