Healthcare workers in Wisconsin receive training on administering Covid-19 vaccine

In anticipation of the arrival of COVID-19 vaccines, UW Health trains staff to administer the vaccine to tier 1A frontline healthcare workers. Nurses, nursing assistants, clinical technicians and others are being trained to prepare the vials of vaccines and administer them. To master injecting the vaccines, they first practice by injecting colleagues with a saline solution.
