A legal battle is in the offing between suppliers and the Kenya medical supply agencies, this is after the agency will be able to sell the PPEs worth over 6 billion that have been lying idle in its warehouse at the current market price according to the ministry of health. Before the senate's health committee, CAS Dr Mercy Mwangagi has said that the agency requires an endorsement from the cabinet before they start releasing the PPEs to various county government before the end of this week.
