Named for the hotel’s long-standing address at 19 Lam Son Square, Nineteen brings guests, expats, and locals together around one of Saigon’s newest passions, the buffet. The focal point of the buffet is a wide variety of fresh seafood, delivered each morning from Vietnam’s long coastline. Top-range imported meats, served at live carving stations, are another drawing point.
