किसानों ने भारत बंद के लिए मर्यादा सूत्र का ऐलान किया है, जिसके तहत कहा गया है कि चक्का जाम सिर्फ शाम तीन बजे तक रहेगा. इसके अलावा कहा गया है कि भारत बंद के तहत सभी बाजार, दुकान, सेवाएं और संस्थान बंद रहेंगे. किसान दूध, फल, सब्जी आदि कोई भी उत्पाद लेकर बाजार नहीं जाएंगे.
