High Court grants Ku Nan discharge not amounting to acquittal for 2013 corruption charge

The Kuala Lumpur High Court on Monday (Dec 7) granted former Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor a discharge not amounting to an acquittal on a charge of accepting a one million ringgit in 2013.
High Court judge Justice Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali granted the order of discharge after the court was informed that the prosecution did not wish to continue with its case due to "new developments".
